Salary Details
Unqualified Salary: Starting at £24,604.58, with potential earnings up to £32,348.58 including sleep-in shifts.
Qualified Salary: Starting at £27,107.08, with potential earnings up to £34,851.08 including sleep-in shifts.

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Poole. Here, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values your individuality. Our staff receive training in 'Developmental Trauma' and therapeutic parenting, equipping you to provide the best possible support to our young people.
Your Role: Key Responsibilities
* Support children and young people, understanding the unique challenges they face.
* Work flexible hours, including 7 x 24-hour shifts with sleep-ins.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of our young people.
* Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships.
* Collaborate effectively within a team, accepting guidance and direction.
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills.
* Hold or be willing to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent.
* Possess a full UK driving license and a car for travel purposes.
* Exhibit excellent communication and listening skills.
* Be eager to learn and grow in your role.
* Undergo an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us).
* Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder or Youth Work is a plus!
