What You’ll Do Monitor and support children’s emotional, physical, and social well-being Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, service planning, and follow-up Assess situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions to overcome barriers Conduct supervised visitation between children and parents or facilitate sibling visitation Communicate and maintain strong relationships with county workers, families, and community providers Provide one-on-one instruction to Independent Living (IL) youth based on individualized IL plans Support youth in developing life skills Qualifications Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle Ability to pass all required background clearances Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
