Store Environment Coordinator | Prestigious Luxury Jewellery Brand
Location: Oxford Circus / Central London (with regular boutique visits)
Pay Rate: £22.00 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Contract Type: 6-Month Temporary Assignment (Full-Time, Monday Friday)
Commencement: Early July 2026
The Opportunity
Our client, a world-renowned name in luxury jewellery and watchmaking, is seeking a proactive and meticulous Store Environment Coordinator to join their Local Retail team for a six-month duration. This pivotal role ensures that each boutique operates at the absolute pinnacle of brand standards, overseeing the daily operational performance, upkeep, and physical environment of their prestigious London locations.
Reporting directly to the Retail Director and working in close partnership with the Store Environment Manager, you will be the guardian of the boutique atmosphereensuring that every detail, from maintenance to visual presentation, reflects the brands heritage of excellence.
The Remit
Maintenance & Boutique Operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance, cleaning, and repair projects, ensuring boutiques remain fully functional and aesthetically flawless.
Conduct regular boutique visits to anticipate risks and identify maintenance needs, proactively responding to and coordinating the resolution of urgent operational issues.
Plan, schedule, and review both preventative and corrective maintenance activities, including the coordination of occasional out-of-hours or night works when required.
Liaise extensively with shared servicesincluding IT, Security, and external vendorsto ensure interventions are timely and executed to the highest quality.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, warranties, and service documentation.
Operational Coordination & Logistics
Consolidate and manage the ordering and stock control of Visual Merchandising tools, furniture, and essential operational materials.
Coordinate complex shipments in tandem with Logistics and Warehouse teams.
Oversee administrative workflows, including vendor setup, the creation of purchase orders, and meticulous invoice follow-up.
Boutique Projects & Installations
Provide vital on-site support for boutique projects, VM setups, and high-profile event installations.
Manage contractors, schedules, and site preparations, ensuring all works are completed according to brand standards and timelines.
