We’re working with a leading, award-winning law firm with a strong reputation in Personal Injury.
They’re looking to hire a Paralegal with EL/PL experience to join their established team due to continued growth.
If you already have Employer’s Liability and/or Public Liability experience and want real responsibility within a respected firm, this could be a strong next move.
The Role
You’ll support fee earners on a busy caseload of EL/PL matters, with genuine hands‑on involvement from instruction through to settlement.
This is not a purely administrative role. You’ll be trusted to:
* Review liability evidence and key documentation
* Draft correspondence and legal documents
* Liaise directly with clients, insurers and third parties
* Manage procedural steps and court deadlines
* Maintain high standards of client care throughout the claim
You’ll gain exposure to technically strong work within a structured and supportive team.
What They’re Looking For
* Ideally exposure to Employer’s Liability and/or Public Liability claims
* Confidence managing tasks across multiple files
* Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, organised approach
