Responsibilities
* Direct clinical and operational management of the department.
* Support the senior team to drive the strategic direction of the service, ensuring high quality care.
* Understand urology pathways, budget, risk management and workforce management.
Qualifications
Candidates should have excellent leadership skills and an understanding of the complexities of managing a department that offers a large range of urology services.
