Main duties of the job
 * Work as part of a team with the aims of understanding your clients, keeping them safe and creating a plan they can achieve with your support.
 * Check in with clients and review their progress.
 * Keep accurate and timely records of your contact with them.
 * Work effectively with other social care providers (e.g. housing) to cover all aspects of their successful recovery.
 * Continuously learn and reflect to improve outcomes for your clients.
 * Support your colleagues across the service to deliver excellent care.

About the Role
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions and passions. You’ll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and guide them on their path to recovery. This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery.
You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they’re always treated with respect and dignity.
As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £25,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,000 per year.

Qualifications
 * OnC/NVQ Level 3 or be willing to achieve within 12 months.
 * Three years’ worth of references and, where applicable, an enhanced DBS check will be required.
Experience
 * Have some experience of working in a health, social care or related setting.
 * Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
 * Work effectively in a team, supporting others when needed.
 * Be resilient under pressure and able to prioritise work.
 * Have good oral and written communication skills.
 * Be comfortable using IT and digital media.
 * Be organised and able to manage time effectively.
 * Be flexible with working hours on occasion.
 * Be happy to support other WithYou locations when needed.
