This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Kilbride, G75 0RH for an Embroidery Operator. The Embroidery Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines, ensuring the quality and precision of designs on various textiles. Daily tasks include preparing garments for embroidery, programming and setting up machinery, and performing quality control to ensure high standards. Success in this role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering customised products in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Experience in operating and maintaining multi-head embroidery machines and knowledge of embroidery techniques.
* Attention to detail, quality control expertise, and ability to meet deadlines for production timelines.
* Proficiency in working with embroidery software and basic troubleshooting skills for machines.
* Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities to coordinate production processes.
* Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Prior experience in the textile or embroidery industry is preferred.
* Basic computer literacy is an asset.
