Our Hillier Garden Centre at Weyhill is a well‑established and much‑loved destination for gardening enthusiasts, known for its extensive range of high‑quality plants, outdoor living products, gifts and expert horticultural advice.
As a Garden Centre Assistant working primarily in our Plant Area, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health, presentation and overall excellence of our plant stock. This is a hands‑on, outdoor-facing role where you will support customers with plant advice, ensure stock is well cared for, and help keep the plant area looking its best throughout the spring/summer season. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a practical environment, and is confident adapting to a variety of tasks.
To support our busiest trading periods, we are looking for a proactive and flexible individual who is able to take on additional shifts when required.
Offered on a part‑time, fixed‑term contract until 30th August 2026 with guaranteed 22.5 hours per week on a rota schedule.
