Role Title: Executive Chef

Contract Type: Full Time (37 Hours per week), Permanent
Salary: £47,770 - £53,321

Coleg Cambra is looking to recruit an Executive Chef operating across multiple sites. The Executive Chef is responsible for leading the culinary operations across all catering outlets within the college, ensuring that food quality, presentation, and innovation meet the highest standards.
Essential Requirements
1. Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
2. Level 3 in Food Safety
3. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a multi-site hospitality, catering, or institutional setting.
4. Experience managing kitchen teams and providing leadership in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
