HUBB Group Ltd is a growing leak detection and property services company based in Earls Colne. We're now looking to hire our first Admin Assistant to support the Director and Office Manager as the business continues to expand.
This is an office-based role and ideal for someone organised, reliable, and keen to grow with a business long term.
Key Responsibilities
* Writing and sending invoices
* Sending insurance-approved leak detection reports to clients
* Making outbound calls to clients (updates & follow-ups)
* Managing the Director's diary and appointments
* Ordering materials from suppliers
* Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
* Occasional assistance with social media activity
About You
* No previous admin experience required
* Strong attention to detail and common sense
* Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic systems
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Comfortable working closely with senior management
