Great opportunity to work as an HGV Class 1 Driver for our client which operates refrigerated vehicles, delivering and collecting from RDCs across the UK.Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for a well-established client based in Teynham .Consolidated pay rates £18.50 - £30.00 per hour.Fixed shift patterns and ad hoc work available.- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 02:00am- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 03:00am- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 05:00am- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 08:00am- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12:00pm- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 13:00pm- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 14:00pm- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 16:00pm- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 17:00pmYour Time at WorkAs an HGV Class 1 Driver your duties include:- Nationwide deliveries and collections for many customers- Trunking, store deliveries, or RDC runs (depending on the role)- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements- Following all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulationsOur Perfect WorkerOur perfect worker will have a valid Digi card & DCPC.
