The role of the Contracts Manager Roofing & Cladding will involve:
Contracts Manager position dealing with various roofing and cladding refurbishment services; felts, liquid systems, flat roofing systems, single ply, industrial cladding systems etc within the industrial, commercial and public sector markets
Working for a national roofing contractor within the roof refurbishment market
Day to day management of contracts ensuring theyre completed to the highest standard and on time
Managing various gangs of roofers and subcontract roofers
Responsible for the production of RAMS and H&S documentation
Controlling financial elements of projects ensure budgets are adhered to
