Role Purpose: As a Service Manager, will be at the heart of the Youth in Mind (YiM) partnership, leading the delivery and growth of services that open more doors for children and young people across Bradford District and Craven. You will drive operational excellence, working alongside subcontracted providers, shaping whole-programme workstreams, leading the YiM Open Door single point of access, and championing a whole-system approach to earlier, easier access to mental health support. This role is a unique opportunity to make a real impact, helping to embed the YiM Door model, improve referral pathways, and support a ground-breaking evaluation. Awareness of national and local mental health priorities Knowledge of the local CYPF mental health system Experience Experience in co-production and CYPF engagement. Practical experience managing referral pathways or access services. Experience leading teams and multiple programmes of work Experience supporting evaluations and service development. Safeguarding and risk management experience. Multi-agency partnership working experience. Skills E xcellent communication, interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills. Outstanding people skills; able to engage, motivate and influence at all levels. Excellent IT proficiency (databases, Microsoft Office, Outlook). Ability to analyse and present data clearly.
