We're supporting a long-established Swansea manufacturer who are looking for a driven, hands-on Factory Manager to take ownership of multiple production teams and keep the factory running at peak performance.
If you're confident on the shop floor, strong with people, and skilled at driving quality and efficiency-you'll thrive here.
The Role
Lead and motivate teams across fabrication, assembly, carpentry, paint & maintenance
Stay visible on the shop floor, improving workflow and productivity
Manage supervisors and ensure accountability across all departments
Plan and adjust production schedules in a fast-moving environment
Own quality control, inspections, and continuous improvement
Be the lead authority for health & safety-ensuring safe, compliant operations
Reduce rework, resolve production issues, and deliver on time, every time
What You'll Need
Experience in production or manufacturing management
Background in manufacturing or construction-linked production
Strong leadership skills and a practical, hands-on approach
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple teams
NEBOSH/IOSH (desirable)
