Administrator - 6583
Location: Tewkesbury
Contract: Temp to perm (12-week temp then taken on to perm contract)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, with alternate Saturdays (finishing around 14:30 on Saturdays; a weekday off provided when working Saturdays)
Salary: £27,400 per annum
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone or email to ensure seamless deliveries.

Address delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction.

Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude over the phone or at reception, ensuring each interaction reflects dedication to service.

Work closely with stock control, assist with invoice distribution, and contribute to the smooth operational flow.
