We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technical operations team supporting business customers with connectivity, telephony and IT services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a technical degree looking for their first role in the industry.
Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems
* Troubleshoot basic networking, connectivity and IT issues
* Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution
* Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers
* Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes
* Work on-site with the team 5 days per week
Requirements:
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications or similar
* Strong interest in technology and problem solving
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, routers, broadband, VoIP etc.)
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn
* Able to work on-site full-time (access to a car is highly desirable)
Location: Near Portsmouth
Working pattern: On-site, Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
