You will be working at The New County Hotel and covering our sister hotels; The New Inn and Central Hotel Gloucester when needed. You may also need to cover our sister hotel Central Hotel Cheltenham.
** DRIVING LICENSE PREFERABLE**

Reception:
* Answer the phone in a professional manner
* Provide outstanding customer service
* Answer all accommodation enquiries
* Checking in and out of guests
* Excellent time keeping
* Processing reservations
* Use an online payment system
* Greet, serve and look after our guests
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
* Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
Experience: The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft and Gmail.
