Job Title: Support Worker (UK Driver Licence Required)
Introduction: We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join a well-established company and a dedicated team in our Supported Living Home. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting independence and well-being.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Support residents in community activities, outings, and appointments.
* Ensure a safe and supportive living environment by following health and safety guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the quality of life for residents.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.
