Base pay range
Sales Account Manager | Mold, Flintshire | Full Time - Office based | 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday | £24,000 - £31,000 (OTE)
As our new Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the business by building strong relationships with existing customers and new prospects. Building effective communication and genuine connections will be central to your role.
We’re looking for someone with experience in Telesales or Sales Account Management who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating lasting, meaningful connections. You’ll be responsible for growing your own customer base within a specific area of the UK, so there’s room to make the role your own.

Are you the right person for us?
* 1-2 years’ experience in a sales environment, preferably in proactive outbound B2B telesales
* Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
* Excellent telephone skills
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
* High accuracy and ability to prioritize issues
* Background in a business-related role
* Ability to handle technical product information
* Adaptability to new procedures, especially in database management
* Strong relationship-building skills (internal/external)
* Confident verbal and written communication skills
* Effective persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels
What will your role as a Sales Account Manager entail?
* Meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets
* Making outbound calls and emails to develop new business and understand customer needs
* Handling inbound inquiries, providing quotes, and processing orders
* Managing CRM database accurately
* Recording sales and margins in CRM and Excel
* Processing sales orders and liaising with suppliers
* Staying informed on products and services, including upcoming developments
* Supporting customers pre- and post-sale for a comprehensive account management experience
* Listening to customer needs and responding to close sales
* Understanding customer businesses for tailored solutions
* Upselling and cross-selling existing orders
* Identifying new sales opportunities and leads
* Providing accurate quotations and negotiating prices
* Overcoming objections to facilitate sales
* Developing creative pitches for industry sectors
* Researching new markets and follow-up initiatives with marketing support
