The Team Leader role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all tasks in the Preparation Stage including:
1. Control plate work, XT1 pin checks, door preparation, cable making, fit Out (Stage 0)
2. Leading and organise daily activities in the preparation area
3. Ensure control plates, pins, doors, and cables are prepared to spec and on schedule
4. Support team members with training and development
5. Monitor quality and safety standards across all tasks
