Your next role
Were looking for a proactive and highly organised Diary Coordinator to join our Service Team. This role is central to ensuring our engineers are in the right place at the right time, delivering an efficient service and an excellent client experience. You'll be the person who keeps the wheels turning - managing the team diary, arranging call-outs, remedial works and maintenance visits, and matching each job with the most suitable engineer based on their skills and experience.

What you will be doing
• Scheduling new and renewed maintenance jobs efficiently.
• Ensuring the team diary is always accurate and up to date.
• Managing diary changes, including lastminute cancellations and adjustments.
• Coordinating with engineers regarding overtime and availability.
• Reviewing Service Department schedules daily to prepare for upcoming appointments.
• Assigning engineers to jobs based on their skill sets to maximise efficiency and service quality.
• Booking engineer appointments and providing ongoing support for daily engineering requirements.
• Working closely with the wider service team to ensure all work is delivered within KPI deadlines for service visits and remedial tasks.
• Carrying out general administrative duties, including data entry and responding to emails and phone calls.
• Supporting departmental targets set by the Service Team Manager and contributing to the overall success of the service team.

• Confident using MS Office and comfortable working with digital systems.
