Responsibilities
* Lead within the Sausage production facility, motivate a dedicated team of operatives, and ensure all relevant paperwork is completed accurately.
* Maintain a high level of production standards and meet production efficiency targets.
Shift pattern
4 days on, 4 days off. Hours 16:30 – 05:00
Pay and benefits
* Rate of pay – £17.38 per hour (Rate inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
* Overtime – time and a third after basic hours

Requirements
* An understanding of run rates, yields and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
* Be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
* Knowledge and experience working with food production machinery
* Ideally hold a level 2 food safety certificate
* Great people management skills and production knowledge
