Responsibilities
* Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards.
* Ensure all linen, cutlery, glasses, and dishes are clean and well presented prior to delivery to the guest.
* Answer the telephone to take food & beverage orders, maximizing revenue where possible and ensuring correct accompaniments are presented.
* Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
* Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service to enhance their stay.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
* Handle guest orders, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills with team members and guests.
* Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a room service or F&B setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to multi‑task and think on your feet.
