Junior Project Manager Salary: £37,000 Location: Hybrid with travel into our Birmingham head office Ingeus are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our IT team to enable structured delivery of IT initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will support in the coordination of cross-functional teams, maintaining project momentum and ensuring visibility across stakeholders and deliverables. As our Junior Project Manager, you will: Support in the planning and delivery of projects using structured methodologies (prince2, Agile, PMP). Manage and monitor project risks, issues and resource constraints with Stakeholders, as well as ensuring updates, risks and decisions are communicated to all relevant parties. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and traceability. Maintain delivery boards and facilitate sprint activities and stand-ups. Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement processes. Contribute to stakeholder engagement strategies, such as meeting schedule or feedback loops. As our Junior Project Manager, you will have: Exposure to project delivery frameworks (prince2, PMP or Agile methodologies). Exposure to technical systems such as Power BI, Microsoft Azure. Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong organisation and communication skills. Proven ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
