Job Description: Legal Secretary, Family
Rev & Regs is recruiting for a Legal Secretary, Family position at a well-established and reputable law firm in Sevenoaks. The firm has a friendly and warm team and is highly regarded in the area.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing full secretarial support, including using a digital dictation system to produce correspondence and documentation.
2. Assisting in general team administration, such as meeting and greeting clients, handling calls, and arranging meeting room bookings.
3. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate client administration files.
Experience required:
* Experience in family law is preferred.
* Strong secretarial and administrative skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Fast and accurate typing skills, ideally with digital audio systems.
* Experience with case management systems is desirable but not essential.
* Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including under tight deadlines.
