Building rapport quickly and establishing trusted relationships are key to exceeding customer expectations and delivering on promises. Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport, and generating repeat business.
2. Manage the entire sales process, prioritizing customer needs to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
4. Enhance local awareness of the showroom through creative marketing and outreach.
5. Continuously improve the showroom to anticipate and exceed customer needs.

* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable, but a positive attitude is more important.
