Job Description
The Role
* Weld and fabricate machined parts to a set company standard which are prepared and palleted. Full product training will be provided.
* Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.
* Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with sheet metal and assembly.
* Following technical drawings.
The Person
Essential Criteria
* Welding experience within a manufacturing environment and Fabrication experience is advantageous.
* Highly motivated and to be a positive member of the team.
* Understand importance of working to deadlines and being focussed on good customer satisfaction & production targets.

* Pay for the role is £14.85 - £16.42 per hour and the pay rate includes shift allowance
* Overtime is paid at Time 1/3 first 2 hours then Time 1/2 thereafter each day. Saturday is Time 1/2 and Sunday Double Time
* The hours are a rotational shift pattern, which are:
* AM Shift - 05:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday then onto the PM Shift
* PM Shift 2:00pm – 10:30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday is 2:00pm – 8:00pm
