Temporary Receptionist Opportunities - Flexible, Ad Hoc Work
Locations: Tunbridge Wells
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
Are you looking for flexible, part-time work where no two days are the same? We're currently recruiting for temporary receptionists to support a range of clients across Tunbridge Wells on an ad hoc basis - covering staff holidays, absences, and special events.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain office-based experience. You don't need previous reception or administrative experience. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, a call centre, or you're a recent school leaver or graduate - you are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner
2. Providing refreshments when required
3. Answering incoming calls and transferring or taking messages
4. Monitoring and responding to emails
5. Carrying out light administrative tasks
6. Keeping the reception and waiting area clean, tidy and well-presented
7. Supporting with general office and facilities duties
What We're Looking For:
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
9. A professional and confident telephone manner
10. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
11. A well-presented, approachable individual (office attire is expected for client bookings)
