Business Development Manager We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to work with a successful M&E company who are looking to expand their business in to new markets. Having already establised themselves within the rail market, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to bring in new business in new markets. Business Development Manager responsibilities: Increasing sales of the company AC product to commercial customers through a variety of media including phone, email & face to face meetings Providing quotations Monitoring sales lead closure & pipeline development Providing input into monthly sales reports Required experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer facing Commercial HVAC sales role A minimum of HNC or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering Knowledge of air conditioning & refrigeration Excellent negotiation skills A willingness to work using your own initiative A full driving licence They are offering a highly competitive salary plus a 30% share buy in.
