Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Coordinator (Traffic Management) to join the business. The position will be based in our Head Office in Knowsley, Liverpool.

About the Role
As a Commercial Coordinator (Traffic Management), you will report directly to the Commercial Manager (Traffic Management). You will be responsible for the invoicing, monitoring, and all commercial aspects for Traffic Management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing, inputting, and validating records using various IT systems.
2. Maintaining the works diary to ensure Customer/Field staff billing is completed in a timely manner.
3. Supporting the Commercial Manager in all financial and commercial aspects of the project.
4. Supporting and monitoring customer billing and subcontractor payments.
5. Liaising with councils and subcontractors where necessary.
6. Ensuring targets and objectives set are monitored and maintained to underpin financial targets.
7. Meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
1. Experience in an Administrator role (required).
2. Good knowledge of Excel.
3. Strong planning and organisational skills.
4. A legal right to work in the UK.
5. Pass a DBS check.
