The role:
1. Lead and mentor a creative marketing team.
2. Deliver bold, multi-channel campaigns (digital + traditional).
3. Own the brand, media, and PR presence.
4. Manage a marketing budget with clear ROI.
5. Be part of the senior leadership team, helping shape the future vision.
Experience:
6. 5+ years’ senior marketing leadership in leisure, tourism, or attractions.
7. Proven track record in digital marketing, brand growth, and campaign delivery.
8. Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
9. A strategic, creative thinker with commercial acumen.
Desirable:
10. Familiarity with CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
11. Experience in public speaking and regional tourism networks.
