Our client, a leading and expanding manufacturing organisation, established for over 30 years in Tamworth, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their Customer Service team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Specification and Key Accounts Sales Team across multiple group companies.
Salary is between £27,000 to £28,000 depending on experience. Hours of work will be between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week. Please note this is an office-based position.

As the Sales Administrator, your key responsibilities include:
1. Act as primary contact for Key Account Managers, Specification Managers, and their customers (including contractors) on all active projects
2. Review stock positions, update ETAs, and provide timely feedback on project order status
3. Coordinate product quoting, ordering, allocation, and shipping across all group companies
4. Liaise regularly with internal departments: Customer Service Advisors, ASMs, Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, and the Bespoke Stock team
