About the Role
Legal Assistant – Permanent – Location: Media City, onsite.
HF Recoveries is recruiting for Legal Assistants to support Litigation teams. The role involves managing workload, handling inbound and outbound calls, preparing legal documentation, and updating legal cases for client insurers and policyholders.
Responsibilities
Manage your own workload, handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, prepare legal documentation, and update legal cases for our clients and policyholders. Work with a team to investigate claim information and customers, assist with contract negotiations and settlement agreements, keep system logs, search databases, and resolve queries.
Qualifications
Hardworking, well‑organised, confident telephone manner, great customer‑service skills, initiative, team player, and ambition to grow into senior litigation roles or team leadership.
