Artis HR are proud to be supporting a well-established organisation in the search for an experienced HR Operations Team Manager to join their People function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR operations leader who enjoys balancing hands-on delivery with team leadership and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. The Role Reporting into the Head of People Hub & ER, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the HR shared services function, ensuring a high-quality, efficient and employee-focused service across the full employee lifecycle.
