The Private Client Solicitor will be:
3. Advising on complex wills, probate, trusts and estate planning matters
4. Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
5. Building strong client and referrer relationships
6. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to departmental growth
7. Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment
The Successful Applicant
The Private Client Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years PQE in Private Client work
9. Skilled in handling high-value wills, probate and trust matters
10. Experienced in business development and client relationship management
11. Commercially astute with strong decision-making and technical expertise
12. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
