We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to support our talent acquisition team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for candidate sourcing, CV screening, and database management, helping ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate pre-assessments Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Update and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates to keep them informed of their application status Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative and logistical tasks Assist with writing and posting job advertisements Stay up to date with current recruitment trends and sourcing strategies Requirements: Proven experience in a recruitment, sourcing, or administrative role (agency or in-house) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace A passion for people and helping connect talent with opportunity Desirable: Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
