We are looking for a calm, kind, caring and nurturing person to join our team to support one of our Year 2 children on a 1:1 basis. Top of our list is someone who knows how to develop positive relationships, has strong communication skills including Makaton (or someone willing to learn), someone who can work with initiative but knows that advice is there if needed. Are you patient, fun, supportive and a good team player? Do you understand the difference between doing everything for a child or enabling them to become independent? This post is for 30 hours per week. The post is term time only. Our position is fixed term and is explicitly linked to external funding to support a named pupil.
