This role is for an application-focused Technical Architect — someone who’s built, launched and evolved SaaS products, not just designed them on paper.
You’ll work closely with the CTO, shaping a modern, AI-enabled SaaS platform used by enterprise clients. This is a highly visible role sitting between product, engineering and customers, with real influence over how the platform evolves.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading architecture and remaining hands-on across a production SaaS application
* Driving platform evolution using C#, .NET, SQL Server, React and Azure
* Designing, customising and optimising SaaS applications for enterprise customers
* Acting as the technical bridge between product teams and clients
* Influencing cloud, data and AI-driven modernisation initiatives
* Supporting demos, proposals, webinars and technical documentation
* Working closely with distributed teams in a genuinely client-facing role
What you’ll bring
* 9–12 years’ experience in SaaS or product-led environments
* 2+ years operating as a Technical Architect on live applications
* Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server and React
* Deep Microsoft Azure experience (deployments, environments, Marketplace)
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and enterprise customers
* A pragmatic mindset — focused on shipping, scaling and improving applications
Nice to have
* SharePoint or Enterprise Content Management experience
* Exposure to AI/ML within enterprise SaaS platforms
