About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a leading Data Centre Developer delivering high-spec, mission-critical projects in Corsham. This is a key site-based role, responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations across all construction activities
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow
* Drive programme delivery, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standardsMonitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with design specifications
* Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Provide regular progress reporting and maintain accurate site records
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale projects (data centres or similar complex builds preferred)
* Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination in mission-critical environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced programmes
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Strong knowledge of UK health & safety regulations and site compliance
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White Card), and First Aid certification
