What You’ll Be Doing
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Troubleshooting IT hardware and software across the estate
2. Logging and managing incidents, problems, and service requests
3. Ensuring timely patching of software vulnerabilities
4. Taking ownership of user issues and seeing them through to resolution
5. Managing IT onboarding and offboarding processes
6. Keeping IT inventory records accurate and up to date
7. Creating and maintaining helpful documentation and FAQs
8. Diagnosing and resolving technical faults
9. Collaborating with the IT Engineering team for escalations

Your Skills & Experience

18. Microsoft 365 (Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint)
19. Windows 11 / Windows Server
20. Active Directory
21. Server Backup Solutions
22. Email Hygiene Solutions
