Nashrock are supporting a well-established insurance brokerage who are looking to appoint an experienced Claims Executive to support their Professional Indemnity and wider Financial Lines claims portfolio. This role suits a confident claims professional who enjoys handling complex matters, building strong client relationships, and operating at the heart of the London Market.
What you’ll be doing:
📂 Managing Professional Indemnity claims from notification through to settlement
⚖️ Negotiating complex claims with insurers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
🧭 Providing strategic and technical claims advice to clients when required
📊 Preparing claims statistics and management information for internal and external use
🤝 Attending client and market meetings to support resolution of more complex claims
💻 Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and market platforms
📈 Supporting presentations, tenders and service propositions for new and existing clients
🌍 Monitoring legal and market developments to enhance overall claims service delivery
What you’ll need:
🧠 Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity claims
🏙 Strong understanding of the London Market and Financial Lines environment
🗣 Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders, clients and insurers
📑 Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
