We are seeking an experienced, multi-skilled Carpenter to deliver high-quality repairs across properties in South London. Experience in social housing or local authority environments is preferred. You will undertake carpentry and other trade repairs, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, efficiently, and safely.
Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and relevant trade experience, especially in social housing. You will perform general maintenance and new installations in occupied and vacant properties, adhering to health and safety regulations.
