What you’ll do Lead transformation: Develop and deliver a refreshed vision, mission, and multi-year strategy. Drive impact: Design and implement programmes and partnerships that reflect our ambitions. Grow income: Create and execute an ambitious fundraising strategy, building relationships with senior business leaders and philanthropists. Engage stakeholders: Act as a trusted ambassador, deepening engagement across the City and beyond. Ensure excellence: Oversee governance, operational delivery, and organisational performance. What we’re looking for Proven leadership at CEO or senior director level within a charity, foundation, or civic organisation. A track record of organisational transformation and growth. Exceptional fundraising credentials, particularly in corporate partnerships and high-value giving. Strategic vision, political acuity, and the gravitas to engage confidently with high-profile stakeholders. A strong commercial mindset combined with deep commitment to charitable purpose.
