The Role
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with students to support their emotional regulation, engagement and learning
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored interventions
* Help create a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment
* Be a consistent and compassionate presence for students navigating complex challenges
