This is a 3 Year Development Programme consisting of the following:
- 12 months knowledge building with the support of our inhouse Academy Team.
- Followed by rotations in three of the following areas:
- Shift Manager
- Batch and Furnace
- Quality
- Skills development in lean, project management and analytics.
- Leadership development.
During these rotations you will:
- Collaborate with assigned Manager in setting and achieving realistic and challenging goals
