The Burford Recruitment Company are working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy, who are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their collaborative team in Witney.

As Senior Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised administrator who thrives in a professional, fast-paced setting. We are looking for a positive team player who values collaboration and enjoys contributing to a friendly, supportive and professional workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing and coordinating professional documentation and reports using Microsoft Office

* Arranging meetings (virtual and in person), preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions

* Managing diaries, conference room bookings and travel arrangements

* Maintaining accurate records, supporting financial administration (invoices, purchase orders, expenses and timesheets) and updating internal systems

* Supporting incoming calls, shared mailboxes and CRM updates

* Assisting with marketing activity, client events and document control (training provided)

* Supporting compliance processes and internal standards

About You

* Previous administration experience (essential)

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail

* Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment

* Positive, team-focused and proactive approach
