Position Overview
Project Controls Engineer will be part of the Integrated Project Controls team within the Safety and Schedule Assurance function, reporting to the Lead Project Controls Engineer. The team acts as a centre of excellence for project controls implementation, providing a single source of delivery performance information across a matrix organisation supporting various programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and maintain accurate forecasts and project controls data aligned with the Cost Breakdown Structure or Work Breakdown Structure.
* Coordinate and produce project control reports, support trend and change processes, generate performance indicators, and deliver insights for decision‑making.
* Collaborate across project areas and use tools such as Primavera P6, EcoSys, ARM, and other project controls software.
Preferred Profile
* Proven experience in Project Controls methodologies and tools.
* Proficiency with Primavera P6, EcoSys, and ARM.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* High attention to detail ensuring data accuracy.
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of risk analysis tools such as @risk and Safran.
* Familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
* Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments.
* Reside locally to Bridgwater or be prepared to relocate.
