Are you a residential Property Solicitor who is looking to join a law firm that are well know and offer excellent service to their clients.
Our client, a highly regarded and long-established law firm in Surrey, is seeking a residential property solicitor to join an expanding property department.
The Role
You’ll join a dedicated team and manage your own caseload.
The role is office-based, so living in Surrey would be an advantage.
You’ll advise a range of private clients on sales and purchase of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of residential property work, including:
* Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
* Managing your own caseload
* Working in a team
* Remortgaging
About You
* 1-2 years PQE(guideline only – all levels considered)
* Good technical knowledge
* Proven ability to work independently and with support
* Excellent client care skills and a solutions-driven approach
