Are you a motivated and proactive Presales Consultant looking to join a fast-growing team?
We’re recruiting for a Technical Presales Consultant where you will collaborate with sales and technical teams to shape tailored solutions based on client needs.
As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Lead technical discover sessions and workshops to understand customer challenges and requirements
* Help design and propose solutions that align with business objectives
* Support with pre-sales tasks including proposal development, RFP responses etc.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution alignment
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of pre-sales practices
* Build strong relationships with customers, offering guidance and best practices
Technical Requirements:
* Broad understanding of IT services including Cloud, Data Centre, Cyber Security, and Data Protection
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role with proven ability to conduct technical discovery calls
* Proven ability to connect technical solutions with business challenges
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
