Multi-Skilled Engineer Birmingham Up to £36,500 Permanent Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for your next career move? The Role As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of equipment, including boilers, pumps, AHUs, BMS systems, distribution boards, lighting systems, and more. * Work with subcontractors to complete statutory inspections and maintenance. * Monitor and maintain compliance records using CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo). * Deliver remedial works to high standards and support small projects and upgrades. * Provide real-time updates to the Digital Hub to keep workflow on track. * Assist with emergency responses, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans. * Participate in on-call rotas and occasional weekend/out-of-hours work when needed. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * HND/NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services. * At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical building services. * IOSH Passport or CSCS Card. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Good IT skills (Microsoft Office & CAFM/CMMS systems). * Full, clean UK driving licence.
